Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team, mentoring and growing Customer Success Managers
  • Drive customer success outcomes by managing and expanding Arkalytics accounts
  • Develop executive-level understanding of accounts through quarterly business reviews and maintain high customer renewal rates
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a similar capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Leadership and/or management experience
  • Experience working on data management projects (data warehousing, BI, analytics, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven with a strong focus on customer goals and strategies
