A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Success team, mentoring and growing Customer Success Managers
- Drive customer success outcomes by managing and expanding Arkalytics accounts
- Develop executive-level understanding of accounts through quarterly business reviews and maintain high customer renewal rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a similar capacity
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Leadership and/or management experience
- Experience working on data management projects (data warehousing, BI, analytics, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven with a strong focus on customer goals and strategies
