Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Service Advocate to provide guidance and administrative services for large National Account clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with service partners and vendors to support customers for a large National Account
  • Balance inbound/outbound calls while providing excellent customer service and performing daily job functions
  • Document all calls and actions taken accurately in the designated database
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
  • Prior customer service experience in a call center or professional environment (2+ years' insurance experience preferred)
  • Ability to convey empathy in sensitive situations
  • Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology is a plus
