Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Service Advocate to provide guidance and administrative services for large National Account clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with service partners and vendors to support customers for a large National Account
- Balance inbound/outbound calls while providing excellent customer service and performing daily job functions
- Document all calls and actions taken accurately in the designated database
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or professional environment (2+ years' insurance experience preferred)
- Ability to convey empathy in sensitive situations
- Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology is a plus
