Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships post-sale, overseeing onboarding and conducting business reviews
- Focus on product adoption and educate customers on best practices to ensure they see value
- Act as an internal advocate for customers, managing communication and escalations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a technical SaaS product
- Strong domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, or related fields
- Experience in managing a book of business and negotiating customer renewals
- Highly organized with a project management background being a plus
