Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance client experiences and ensure value from their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships post-sale, overseeing onboarding and conducting business reviews
  • Focus on product adoption and educate customers on best practices to ensure they see value
  • Act as an internal advocate for customers, managing communication and escalations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a technical SaaS product
  • Strong domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, or related fields
  • Experience in managing a book of business and negotiating customer renewals
  • Highly organized with a project management background being a plus
