A company is looking for a Specialist, Materials to join their Materials Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and technical guidance for manufacturers pursuing Declare labels
- Review label submission materials for adherence to program requirements and manage the label issuance process
- Maintain the database of Declare labels and support program development through customer insights
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in sustainability or related fields
- Experience with sales, business development, or outreach, particularly in sustainability certifications
- Knowledge of product sustainability issues and trends
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage high-volume inquiries
- Familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace
