Materials Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Materials to join their Materials Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and technical guidance for manufacturers pursuing Declare labels
• Review label submission materials for adherence to program requirements and manage the label issuance process
• Maintain the database of Declare labels and support program development through customer insights

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in sustainability or related fields
• Experience with sales, business development, or outreach, particularly in sustainability certifications
• Knowledge of product sustainability issues and trends
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage high-volume inquiries
• Familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace
