Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (8:30AM - 5:00PM EST Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications including calls, texts, emails, and faxes from members and providers
- Generate member reports and assist with administrative tasks to support interdisciplinary care team meetings
- Identify and triage member needs to connect them with Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of telephonic support experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Familiarity with technology tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
