Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager for an AI Incubator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and optimize daily interactions within the community
• Host onboarding calls and track member activation
• Drive participation in live calls and monitor community engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in building and scaling digital communities
• Understanding of the solopreneur/operator mindset
• Proficiency in tools such as Heartbeat, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Airtable
• Experience with AI, growth systems, or digital productization
• Ability to organize community events and support member onboarding
