Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Service Account Management and Tiger Teams
- Oversee customer experience and satisfaction for Managed Services clients
- Develop and deliver performance snapshots and manage customer satisfaction processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of management experience with people responsibilities
- 5+ years in Service Delivery Management or Project Management in a multi-customer environment
- 5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider
- 5+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow
