Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (EDI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes customer success plans, ensuring client needs are met and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Manages day-to-day operational oversight, service level adherence, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Tracks program progress, mitigates risks, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
  • 5+ years of account/program management experience with a minimum of 10 years of work history
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting business models and B2B e-commerce (EDI) is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office tools; Spanish language skills are a plus
