Member Experience Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Manager / Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for intended parents and egg donors throughout their egg donation journey
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, guiding them via video call, phone call, and email
• Manage relationships with medical providers to coordinate egg retrievals and optimize case management practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a third party reproduction case manager/coordinator
• Experience working with medical or fertility clinics and providers is preferred
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools; experience with egg donor software is a plus
• Interest in the third party reproduction field, particularly in egg donation and freezing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
