Required Qualifications
- Multi-GDS knowledge, preferably Sabre
- Experience with online booking tools such as Concur Travel or GetThere
- 2+ years of travel industry experience
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in travel technology
- Experience with Service Desk software systems
