Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence & Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with 10-15 client accounts and manage onboarding and implementation processes
- Drive account growth and retention through regular reviews, performance evaluations, and training for client teams
- Continuously evaluate and optimize Customer Success workflows and lead initiatives for new tool adoption and process changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company or the fashion/retail sector
- Direct experience in the fashion and retail industries is required
- Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and meeting growth and retention goals
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Mixpanel
