Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the evolution of Client Success platforms and processes
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate communication and address concerns
- Implement quality control processes and regularly report on program status and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in managing technology platforms
- Experience with Totango and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
