Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative (Hourly/Non-Exempt).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Customer Support Team provides a fantastic member experience
- Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to the Customer Support Team during the intake process and issue management
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and make recommendations for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in customer engagement and service
- Experience in a call center or medical office setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education
- High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
