Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative (Hourly/Non-Exempt).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Customer Support Team provides a fantastic member experience
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to the Customer Support Team during the intake process and issue management
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and make recommendations for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2 plus years of experience in customer engagement and service
  • Experience in a call center or medical office setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education
  • High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
