- Support retention efforts by addressing customer disconnection requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Encourage customer retention by proactively contacting clients at high churn points and offering tailored product solutions
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines while maintaining regular attendance and flexibility in scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a dedicated home office space meeting specified requirements
- Minimum internet speed of 100mbps, capable of being hard wired
