Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they derive value from the product suite
- Own and oversee the contract renewal process for assigned customers
- Identify customer needs and growth plans to help expand their use of services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer success or related experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated track record of decreasing churn and increasing revenue
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
