Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support inquiries across Discord, live chat, and email during U.S. hours
- Develop and lead a culture of exceptional customer support across multiple channels
- Build internal programs and resources to improve product support workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web3, preferably in crypto exchanges or financial services
- Experience managing large Discord communities and knowledge of best practices
- Availability to work shifts on weekends and outside standard work hours
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continuously learn about emerging technologies like DeFi and Web 3.0
