Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide support and resolve customer issues related to pharmacy care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members in an inbound call center environment
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues efficiently
- Guide and educate customers on prescription benefits and related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar setting
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
