Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned claims from insurance policies, primarily Commercial General Liability

- Provide superior customer service and assess recovery potential for claims
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience handling general liability claims; 8+ years preferred
- College degree preferred; insurance-related courses or designations are a plus
- Required state licenses must be obtained and maintained
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Occasional travel may be required
