Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment via email and case sessions
- Resolve inquiries regarding EDI files and COBRA, while documenting customer information and updating relevant parties
- Manage case load to meet service levels and provide timely updates to customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years in a customer support or implementation role preferred
- Experience in the HCM or benefits sector preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Open Enrollment, EDI files, COBRA, Benefits Administration, Insurance, Payroll preferred but not required
- Must be proficient with and an adopter of new technologies
