RIS Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RIS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, document, and support customer solutions and business applications infrastructure
• Provide customer support and product training while coordinating with various teams
• Perform pre-sales evaluations and maintain a culture of root cause analysis and improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Radiology or Healthcare IT
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hypervisor/containerization technology
• Experience with MSSQL, database management, and healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM)
• Familiarity with scripting, data serialization, and relational database languages
• Experience in public cloud environments
