A company is looking for a Client Education and Support Specialist (Implementation Specialist II).
Key Responsibilities
- Support end user training by creating materials and ensuring optimal training and adoption
- Address client helpdesk inquiries and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Collaborate on projects, including QA testing and communication of system updates
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a client support role
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong understanding of Alinea's platform and the rehabilitation markets served
- Curiosity for learning and a drive for continuous improvement
- Critical thinking and organizational skills
