A company is looking for a Care Access Representative who serves as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
- Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure accuracy for safety and billing processes
- Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and participates in departmental quality assurance efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
