Job Summary
A company is looking for a Refunds Specialist, responsible for processing refunds and managing seller communications remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact seller leads via phone, text, and email to confirm home selling status and ownership
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM and document all interactions
- Process refunds according to company policy and ensure effective communication with the Senior Refunds Coordinator
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience with cold calling or phone sales
- Experience with text messaging and emailing in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an observable pipeline
- Experience as a real estate investor is preferred but optional
