A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to patient inquiries
- Document customer encounters in the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, and perform timely collections of self-pay balances
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred
- One year of experience in customer service, payment collection, or medical billing, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of government/non-government payer requirements and medical terminology
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and call center environments
- HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) certification preferred
