Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and responding to patient inquiries
  • Document customer encounters in the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, and perform timely collections of self-pay balances
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred
  • One year of experience in customer service, payment collection, or medical billing, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of government/non-government payer requirements and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and call center environments
  • HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) certification preferred
