A company is looking for a Call Center Billing Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
- Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customers for service needs
- Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and other inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Experience in accounting, billing, and/or credit preferred
- Must be available to work an 8-hour shift during business hours
- Willingness to participate in training and work remotely after training period
