A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist - Automotive CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of automotive clients using Salesforce-based CRM solutions
- Provide first-level CRM support, triage issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for dealership personnel
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a CRM system in a dealership setting
- Deep familiarity with dealership sales and/or service processes
- Experience with tools like VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients or issues
