Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist - Automotive CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of automotive clients using Salesforce-based CRM solutions
  • Provide first-level CRM support, triage issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for dealership personnel
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a CRM system in a dealership setting
  • Deep familiarity with dealership sales and/or service processes
  • Experience with tools like VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients or issues
