A company is looking for an IT Services Support Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming support requests via chat, calls, and online inquiries
- Create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions
- Act as a customer liaison, resolving and initiating resolutions for technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in an IT or customer service role
- Ability to adapt to different operating systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Commitment to quality and strong multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize internal customer needs
