A company is looking for a Client Support Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new lab orders into front end systems
- Receive, respond to, and triage client inquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitate client-specific special handling scenarios and provide case updates
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a related customer support field
- Highly customer focused and motivated
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and applications
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Experience in the oncology field is a plus
