RN Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and oversees care management delivery for members
• Monitors compliance with regulations and assigns caseloads based on team experience and member needs
• Evaluates team performance and provides coaching, guidance, and resources for care management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
