Technical Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
• Provide timely results and technical support to facilities and customers
• Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and FDA reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
• Experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
• Experience in remote monitoring with Carelink and/or Carelink Express
