Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work setting
