Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound calls, providing first-contact resolution for inquiries related to RX, PCP, benefits, and eligibility
- Deliver high-quality, white-glove customer service, ensuring a positive member experience
- Research and resolve issues efficiently using multiple systems and resources
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or insurance experience preferred)
- Call center experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and related technology
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must complete the full paid remote training program and be available for assigned shifts
