Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound calls, providing first-contact resolution for inquiries related to RX, PCP, benefits, and eligibility
  • Deliver high-quality, white-glove customer service, ensuring a positive member experience
  • Research and resolve issues efficiently using multiple systems and resources
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or insurance experience preferred)
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and related technology
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must complete the full paid remote training program and be available for assigned shifts
