Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in claim processing payer support services in healthcare
- Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Supervisory experience including hiring, training, and managing staff performance
- Ability to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to define problems and collect data
