Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule in-home and virtual appointments for providers and clinical staff
• Utilize scheduling software to manage provider and clinical staff schedules efficiently
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to address scheduling gaps and ensure smooth patient experiences

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred experience in a call center or scheduling role
• Preferred knowledge of patient communication protocols and service recovery
• Preferred experience in a value-based healthcare setting
