Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred experience in a call center or scheduling role
  • Preferred knowledge of patient communication protocols and service recovery
  • Preferred experience in a value-based healthcare setting
