A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Retention Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from policyholders intending to cancel their insurance benefits
- Provide information on coverage, premiums, and policy details while reselling policy benefits
- Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
