Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to provide remote assistance after training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to providers via live chat regarding their credentialing and contracting status
- Resolve issues during the first interaction by navigating complex computer systems to identify and respond to provider inquiries
- Document provider issues and trends, and complete outbound calls as needed for case resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows PCs, with the ability to navigate and learn complex systems
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for shifts during business hours
- English proficiency
