Wisconsin Licensed Technician III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician III to manage IT operations and provide customer support in a remote setting within Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot IT jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments
• Provide customer support for applications primarily used by DWD, DCF, and DHS
• Ensure second shift and backup weekend shift coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe system monitoring
• Proficiency in Control-M system monitoring
• Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
• Familiarity with Changeman and ServiceNow is a plus
• Residency in Wisconsin or willingness to relocate prior to starting
