A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support
- Design and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges
- Triage and replicate support requests while managing high-volume demand
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing customer success or technical customer success roles
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and building with SDKs, ideally using React
- 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain technology
- Ability to manage and triage a high volume of customer requests
- Must be based in the Americas to ensure timezone overlap with the team
