Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing
- Process credit card payments and initiate payment plans while maintaining compliance with PCI and HIPAA regulations
- Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior healthcare experience, particularly in medical billing and collections, is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is required
- Computer proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office is necessary
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
