Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing
  • Process credit card payments and initiate payment plans while maintaining compliance with PCI and HIPAA regulations
  • Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior healthcare experience, particularly in medical billing and collections, is preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is required
  • Computer proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office is necessary
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
