Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing optimization
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, providing insights and best practices to enhance customer security posture
- Measure customer achievement of key performance indicators and identify opportunities for expanding service usage
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or consultative roles, particularly in cybersecurity
- Experience in the cybersecurity field with the ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Direct experience as a cybersecurity consultant is an advantage
- Proactive approach to problem solving and independent decision-making skills
- Proven success in building long-term relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
