Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative- Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-contracting and post-contracting activities related to merchant processing and point-of-sale
- Initiate third-party risk assessments and support closing out corrective action plans
- Perform data entry into Risk Management databases and assist with customer service functions
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Customer Service experience
- Industry experience with third-party risk management
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with strict timelines
- Degree or equivalent experience required
