Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative- Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-contracting and post-contracting activities related to merchant processing and point-of-sale
  • Initiate third-party risk assessments and support closing out corrective action plans
  • Perform data entry into Risk Management databases and assist with customer service functions
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Industry experience with third-party risk management
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with strict timelines
  • Degree or equivalent experience required
