Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Audit Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work
  • Handles high call volume, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to assist with audit preparations
  • Corresponds with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to new responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
