Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premium Audit Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work
- Handles high call volume, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to assist with audit preparations
- Corresponds with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent computer skills, including experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and adapt to new responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
