Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Success - Revenue Recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale relationships with strategic Revenue Recovery customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Serve as a primary advisor for enterprise clients, focusing on recovery through deduction management and dispute resolution
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Revenue Recovery services team, translating client goals into internal priorities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep domain expertise in Revenue Recovery, preferably within Amazon or similar eCommerce ecosystems
- Proven ability to build trust and drive outcomes with VP and Director-level stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and proposing solutions
- Experience in retail media networks or financial operations is a plus
