Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Agent Support Representative (Remote - UT).

Key Responsibilities

• Take calls from insurance agents and assist them with the ACA enrollment process
• Troubleshoot platform issues and answer questions regarding applications and referrals
• Follow support protocols to provide efficient and empathetic service

Required Qualifications

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work
