Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor, Heavy Truck Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply diesel technical expertise to respond to incoming calls regarding repairs and roadside events
• Triage inquiries from various communication channels and assist drivers in finding repair facilities
• Negotiate repairs on behalf of clients using technical knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience as a mechanic or service advisor specializing in diesel engines
• Active ASE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work early evenings, one day per weekend, and holidays
