Job Summary
A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (French Canadian Language) (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat channels
- Accurately log and track all dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
- Resolve or escalate dealer concerns related to warranty claims, parts availability, and system access
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must speak French Canadian Language
- 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and live chat platforms
- Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
