Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Agent to investigate suspicious and unsafe activity on their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sources of suspicious behavior daily to protect users and prevent financial losses
- Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews and communicate with customers regarding trust and safety inquiries
- Investigate Trust & Safety cases while maintaining customer satisfaction and working with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- 4-year degree is a plus
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer service, or related fields
- Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
- Understanding of E-commerce and Marketplace operations
