Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members, pharmacies, and providers
- Work in a monitored call queue to meet service level goals
- Maintain member privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations and handle member inquiries and complaints
Required Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician license
- Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Health Plan setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Call center experience is preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is a plus
