Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information and enhance their healthcare experience
  • Engage in outreach efforts to assess for high-risk healthcare appointments


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
