A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information and enhance their healthcare experience
- Engage in outreach efforts to assess for high-risk healthcare appointments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
