Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for health insurance enrollment and inquiries
• Educate clients on health insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and budget

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License
• Willing to obtain 2026 AHIP Certification
• 2 years of Medicare sales experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance sales platforms
